I WANNA BE FAMOUS...

I had my computer blow up months ago, losing most of my artwork, including the 2/3rd point to this picture!

I was so devastated, and so behind, I didn't feel like restarting all over again.

However, after a couple of months, I decided to retackle the project, and just redraw the 1/3 of the cast that got deleted forever!

I apologize to all my fans for taking so long to add katie and sadie, but I ended up having to start waaaaaaaaaaay back, and do more work than expected. Guess I should have finished it when I had the chance huh?

Anyways, I want to thank all the people that have been supportive of this picture through it's long journey. Most artists would have cranked this baby out in a couple of hours, and posted the finished pic.

However, because I knew that with most big projects, I end up giving up partway, I decided to take baby steps and give the audience a taste every now and again.

A little unorthadox, considering I started sketching this pic after episode 2 aired on Cartoon Network. (That was way back in June/July)

As I scoured DA for TDI Pics shortly after the series premiere, the number of original pictures were slim to nil. Most people just took screenshots, and pasted their own costumes over the characters, changed their hair color, etc...

However, since I started this pic back in August... There has been a boom in TDI art! Hundreds upon hundreds of fan art interpreting this little teletoon show!

I should have finished back in August, but it took me 8 months to finish something that I could have done in a week.

Man, I need to get back into the groove of things fast, it seems...
